The Co-Care project is developed within the scope of the European Commission and arises from the observation that informal caregivers play a fundamental role in the health care of people with Alzheimer's Disease.
The caregiver's task is extremely intense and lasts 24/24 hours, which makes them end up moving away from their network of family and friends.
This project is based on a co-creation process taking into account the real needs of caregivers, that is, it is intended to obtain feedback from users during the development of the solution. In this way, it will be possible to identify ideas that can help transform products/services into something innovative for this community, thus ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the developed solution.
In short, the Co-Care project aims to improve the quality of life of caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's Disease through the use of technology.
